Pricing is probably the first topic most ask about, so let's start there. Most DJ companies divide their service into "packages" designed to meet the needs of their prospective clients for their specific events, as well as to fit the varying budgets planners are working with. MemoryVision has taken a different approach. Based in the belief that every client deserves the very best we have to offer, we bring everything to every special day we're involved in. The only "upgrade" we offer is uplighting for your event, which is only separated because not every venue supports it (a barn wedding, for example). When we're asked for a price quote for our services, we consider the type of event (wedding, graduation party, corporate event, etc.), location of the event, the number of guests expected, the number of hours committed to the day and the venue itself (indoor or outdoor, upstairs, etc.), and calculate a fair, budget-friendly, straight-forward price. "We bring everything" can mean a lot of things - what does it mean to us? Every booking will receive the following: • A full, high-quality, professional sound system, set-up and tested in advance of your party, stocked with an expansive music library broadly spanning ages and genres of artists and songs to entertain your crowd. • A state of the art light show, advance programmed to coincide with the music and maintain a comfortable and entertaining experience for your party, while accenting the key moments of your special evening. • A professional and experienced DJ and Master of Ceremonies communicating with you from the day you book with MemoryVision, to the day of your event, planning, coordinating, answering your questions, preparing your special moments, and managing the flow of the event and entertaining your guests when the day comes. • A seasoned photographer and graphic designer who will capture candid moments that you and others may have missed during your party, edited and shared with you to keep.

Why are we bringing a photographer when you've already paid for your own? Most wedding photographers are there to capture the focal point of the ceremony, posed photos of the wedding party and the key moments of the reception. While our photographer may take photos of some of the same things, their primary objective is to catch candid moments that you, your photographer and many of your guests may have missed. Maybe it's a great grandmother holding the youngest in the family... or Grandpa playing cards with his granddaughter... or the only picture of Cousin Jerry doing the alligator on the dancefloor. Our professional and courteous photographer will capture those moments, edit the images and save them on a thumb drive to give to you after your event... free.

Do I have to order ALL of your services together?? Absolutely not! We know some of our clients will already have parts of their party arranged before they find us, so all of our services are offered A la carte or as a package deal. Should you decide to add another of our services later in the process, we're always open to that, too!
